O hai. The ush: doom and gloom, this place is ruined forever, ain't what it used to be, sky is falling, rending of garments and gnashing of teeth and whatnot.

How YOU doin'? smile

Not so good.

And I got a full-time job two weeks ago as a copy-editor, so I haven't even been around much lately.

Still here poking my head in every so often.
As far as shooting and booking thru MM, hardly ever anymore but I do have lots of friends here I like to stay in touch with.

The forums tho, (what ever is left of them) is still a good past-time wink

I check in from time to time... but Facebook is way more entertaining these days, and you don't have to deal with trolls that you don't want. big_smile

I told her it was her or me.

You mean Natalia? Looks like she's still around. Maybe she closed a profile.

I've started posting in the forums at Model Insider now, no one there either but at least I know this going in. smile Granted, I'm a latecomer here as well but since March this place has changed even more dramatically than since a year prior.

Whatever modeling and photography connection going on which is active there is a secret club that I cannot find, (and the data collection on there is strong.)

We were discussing the days of old the other night and went to find all the old names we miss and see how far back the SF2 forum goes. 2200some pages. Took quite a while.

Its sort of amazing how many times we said "fuck. we're STILL in 2011" while inputting random page numbers that jumped by the hundreds. It REALLY honest to god isn't what it used to be, I dont care what anyone says.

Agreed, wholeheartedly.

From a purely personal standpoint, I'd love to see some of the changes rolled back, if not fully, then at least partially. The forums really need not be quite as dull as they are, if activity levels on other, similar sites is anything to go by.

I booked a nude TF model for a shoot a week ago. Everything went so well we booked again for this weekend. Again, the shoot went swimmingly. I ignore the naysayers.

Much of what was said "back in the day" would get people in trouble these days. smile

Hilarious that such a change (in rules, and culture) would happen in only 3 years.

Half of us are also married, so that cuts back on the flirting...which was basically like 70% of the banter.

She said "half of us" are married, so I assume she means your half of the couple can still flirt.

People that crap out of their mouths are tolerated if they abide by the rules.

Imaginary statistics are allowed.

Genuine, creative, intellectual engagement has been driven out.
