Feel like critiquing a few portfolios again.  I'll be very honest: don't bother asking if you risk not being able to handle the painful truth.... :-)

I'm under the impression that most of the time, you're not very relaxed when shooting.  A lot of muscles are under tension when you pose: in your face, but also your shoulders etc.  This automatically leads to the fact that a lot of your images feel "posed" and lack some spontaneity.  In order to improve, you need to learn to pose with intensity but without this "cramped" feeling.

First of all, I believe you should work in a much more subtle way with photoshop.  Skin textures that are blurred, eyes that are too white, vignettes that are very present in the picture:  it's all a bit much.  As a result, some of your images look cheap and overprocessed.
I also believe you need to work on the lighting of your images.  In some cases, you clearly started post-processing images that already weren't great coming out of the camera:  a "not so great image" in camera hardly ever becomes a really good one after post-processing...

I truly like your avatar:  nice lighting effect!
Your portfolio is a bit hit and miss, I find.  There are very nice images in there and then some I dislike very much as well.  The ones I dislike typically are images in which you haven 't been consistent throughout the images:  post-processing of the face (watch out not to overdo it...) but not treating arms or other bodyparts, colour shifts between face and the rest of the body, ...

I think you know how to make a very good glamour image, but sometimes, you need to take the time to take care of all the details (while shooting or in post...).

It's fun, spontaneous and well made.  In general,  I do miss consistency in your portfolio:  a lot of images aren 't "there" yet for me.  In some I don't really like the lighting (too flat sometimes, a bit over/underexposed,...).  In others the post-work hasn't been done well (colours that are off, skins smoothened too much, ....) and sometimes the posing could be better too.
I believe you should approach your own work in a more critical way: a good picture is one where all aspects are taken care off and imho, you often lose sight of at least one of them...

Excellent photography.  It's as simple as that. Great concepts, beautiful lighting, excellent models, concepts, styling....  It's all there.  I really don't see any flaws in there!
I do have one question:  you clearly have been photographing for quite a few years on a consistently high level. I like the images in your portfolio datiing back to 2008-2009 as well your more recent work.  What will be your next step?  How will you make sure to keep evolving/keep getting better throughout the years?

I love your work. The images in your portfolio here are technically well made, humorous, sexy, with a sense of artistry, ...  It feels like you (and the models) were truly having a blast while shooting.  Keep doing this!

I like your B/W work.  Well executed!  However, when colour is added, something goes wrong. It feels as if you're trying too hard to make the colour images interesting.  As a result, the colours feel wrong, a bit too vibrant,...  Keep it down a bit and I'm sure I'll like your images more!

Your portfolio corresponds to that of a model that hasn't done a lot of shootings yet.  The pictures feel pretty static.  In order to improve, it's necessary to do more shoots and to practice more dynamic posing.  So, more shoots, more practicing and trying to work with the best photographers possible!

I like this picture: https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17771590  Great vibe.

I think you have a great look.  However, your portfolio only shows your "commercial"/smiley side.  I would like to see images with more "personality", more attitude in your posing/expressions.  It's all a bit too sweet to my taste now...
