About Me

My name is Belinda and I own Romanticthreads.com We specialize in alternative wedding gowns. Our main types of gowns we offer are Marie Antoinette, Steampunk, Gothic, Medieval and a little Renaissance. We have been in business about 13 years and have started working with some great photographers that are on ModelMayhem, so we are finally doing a profile here!

Our first ad comes out in The Knot magazine in June! With beautiful images by Winterwolfstudios and Jen Garcia from LeMewPhoto.com We also have a feature in Alt Noir magazine coming out in April with shots of Stacey Smith modeling our black Mina gown, shot by Alicia C. Photography.

Featured now in Gothic Beauty magazine issue #43....

We rarely do TFP unless it will be as good as others in our port. We have worked with some incredible photographers and models, so we are a little spoiled. Gowns are just too hard to make, and very expensive to ship....and things are always a little crazy.....also we also have a list of photographers that we work with, so they keep us pretty busy.
