Stavrog, illustrator and writer.
He was born the very year of the creation of the expression 'Clear Line' by the illustrator Joost Swarte, during the 'Tintin in Rotterdam Exhibition'. Stavrog was intended to draw in this particular graphic style. He is an admirator of Edgar P. Jacobs, Hergé, Tardi, Floc'h and Ted Benoit. He had worked for Jacques Martin, the creator of Alix and Lefranc. Stavrog is currently working on his own private work. All the illustrations published in this site are (c) Stavrog 2013.

Né en 1977, l'année où le terme "ligne claire" a été inventé par le dessinateur néerlandais Joost Swarte, à l'occasion de l'exposition Tintin de Rotterdam.C'est donc tout naturellement que l'illustrateur dont il est ici question opte pour ce mode d'expression graphique. Bercé par les oeuvres de Edgar P. Jacobs, Hergé, Tardi, Floc'h, Ted Benoit ou plus récemment, Jacques Martin, il développe aujourd'hui une oeuvre très personnelle, inspirée par grand nombre de lectures, et de considérations totalement inactuelles.Toutes les illustrations présentées sur ce site sont (C) Stavrog 2013.
