Some of the best memories from my childhood are of my dad and I developing photographs in the dark room we had setup in our apartment.

My parents encouraged me to go to college, earn a degree and build a conventional career. I went on to earn an MBA in finance and open my own company.

One day, my wife (who is a model) bought me a used DSLR. She was hoping that we can just have fun and she can practice her posing. Once I picked up the camera, a flashback bringing all those childhood memories washed over me. I instantly realized that to be happy I have to shoot professionally... The rest is history!

One thing is certain… I was born to do this!

P.S. I also love shooting nature and landscape... but since I like to keep my hobbies seperate from my business I have decided not to display any of that work here. Check my nature images out on instagram @maxim.sadik
