My name is Jess Wheeler.  I am a makeup artist in Los Angeles, CA.  I graduated from Ono Beauty School which is owned and taught by celebrity MUA Priscilla Ono. My goal is to work in all aspects of the industry; I am interested in runway fashion, editorial, print, and television and film. I have been key makeup artist on both photo shoots and music videos, but I am open to assisting depending on the project.
