I am a small town, country boy from Grand Junction, Colorado; located on the Western Slope. I was raised by a hardworking, single mother whom I feel has provided me with a dedicated, strong, effective work ethic. To this I would like to publicly thank her for such strengths and characteristics. Thank you mom.
I was very blessed growing up in Western Colorado as it has given me a broad range of outdoor activities to indulge within. My hobbies incorporate hunting, camping, hiking and most of all riding my horses. My current position is a Warehouse Supervisor for a well known oilfield company. I have worked my way up the ladder to this position and have been employed there for four years. Although it is a great position, it is merely a means to aid me in achieving my goal within the modeling industry.
When I first thought about modeling I was in middle school. Many people suggested to me then and even now that I resemble an iconic advertising figure, The Marlboro Man, thus the spark was lit. By my Aunt’s suggestion I answered a casting call; that was requesting aspiring actors and models, from AWT out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I was accepted and was placed in their acting and modeling classes from which I excelled. By accomplishing my first three goals, the spark within me became a fire. Thus my passion for modeling began.
As I stated early, I am use to working hard to climb the ladder to attain positions that are new and challenging. I not only do this within my day-to-day activities of life, work, health and spirituality but also in my dream of becoming a full-time model. I have done several photo shoots ranging within a wide variety of genres: Bridal, Fashion, Grunge, Implied, Romance, Runway and Western to name a few. As with any new aspiring model these photo shoots have been stepping stones for me and have helped me to begin to climb the ladder of the modeling industry. I have not only grown as a model but also as an individual.
My inspiration is from all avenues of my life and experiences. Whether it is from watching fellow models pose for magazine covers or walk the runway at the New York Fashion Week, I see their courage and characteristics evolve in front of my own eyes. Courage is a characteristic that is mild and meek yet strong and energetic. I not only want to be a model on the runway but a role model to the children and individuals that are afraid of trying for their dreams. It takes one step to walk down that runway as it takes ones step to reach for anyone’s goal….. all we have to do is take that first step.

Gary is honestly a "model" for all top professional male models! Sure, good height and a well trained body are excellent; but a not over the top athletic body is a must... Personality is huge with male models; I'd go so far as to say more than with female models; and Gary does NOT lack personality! He is successful because he shows that he is human, he has a brain, and during a shooting he'll reveal such.

There is nothing more boring from a beautiful, tall guy with empty eyes and vacant/cow eyes expression. Believe me, there are far too many of those in this business! Knowing where to draw the line, of course, generally all male models are straight; but to be a male model in this business is akin to being treated as a male escort. The gay model community will absolutely want a piece of, if not be competitive of, the edge Gary so naturally has a gift of! To be a great male model Gary uses his quality of openness - not taking his self too seriously. And that is why photographers and cameras alike, love him!
