i had a long, witty profile that i somehow accidentally deleted, so i guess i'll just stick with the basics:

*i shoot stories.

*i shoot film.

seeking female models:

- of any ethnicity or body type.  what i look for is the ability to emote; strong, sexy faces are more important to me than the "perfect" body.

- that are comfortable with nudity.  even if we never shoot nudes, i prefer working with models who are open to the possibility.

i can promise you:

- a super easy going, fast, fun shoot

- quick turn around on everything worth a damn (film still leaves me with a hint of mystery)

- that i am not going to crop the hell out of a frame in photoshop.  what you see is what's on the film.  i post process in photoshop ONLY because i do not have a darkroom

- that my dog will continually try to steal the spotlight because she is an attention whore



what i can't do:

- pay you.  sorry, i wish i could.  i really do.  i was a model too and loved making money, so i feel your pain.  this is a hobby for me and film is expensive. 

what i won't make you do:

- hold a pose for 15 minutes while i take 400 of the exact same picture

- tell you to "do something" in front of a seamless

- anything you don't want to do.  all limitations are discussed prior to the shoot



my shoots will take place at my home in grand rapids, or out and about on location.  please be aware if we shoot at my house, i have a dog and a cat. if you have animal allergies we should probably make other arrangements.

i'd rather you didn't feel like you needed to be escorted to shoot with me... that is unless your escort is neato looking and let's me shoot them too!
