26th November - Injury update! The splint is OFF, guys! This means I can do a lot more than before. I'm still having physio for the ligament damage and still can't put a lot of weight on my left hand, but this can be worked around. WIN
13th October - I broke my knuckle last night
You should see the other guy... (Joking, I tripped over and landed badly) Life drawing still possible. Photography, well, it depends how much of an issue my strapped up fingers are for you. It should be healed within a month, hopefully.
My primary interest is art nude modelling, not only for photography but also painting, drawing, sculpture, video art, anything you can think of really.
I do also put clothes on! It is important to me that I can connect with an artist on an intellectual level and remain aware and engaged in the creative process; I find that my best work comes from a combination of clear direction and being able to add my own ideas and opinions.
I'm not Wonderwoman but I do my best to keep myself in good working order. I am quite toned and keep my portfolio recent so what you see is what you get. That said, my hair is currently in a short back and sides style, and quite long on top. My skin is clear the majority of the time, although occasionally I get a spot or two. I have natural (not excessive/freakish!) body hair all over - this is an aesthetic choice of my own and not grown or shaved on request. I have two piercings - nose and ear - which can be easily removed if required. No tattoos.
I play rugby. Therefore, I will have bruises from time to time. If makeup and/or photoshop is too much effort for you, I'm not your girl.
Styles I will shoot: art nude both classic and otherwise - I love crazy ideas - arty fashion, editorial, fetish/erotic (approach me with your ideas and I'll give you a yes or no, I know people's definitions vary broadly). I am happy to work with other models, male, female or animal.
Styles I will not shoot: glamour/lingerie, swimwear, "adult".
THINGS I LIKE IDEA-WISE
Bandages, clocks, corsets (I can't afford one but I want one) vintage clothes and jewellery, neon lights, loads of pearls, gender play, mythology, tragedy, beat literature, ropes, water, masks, knitting, punk, loads of other stuff.
RATES
I do not believe in rates. I believe in honesty. I don't want to price myself out of range and miss out on working with amazing photographers, but I don't want to get ripped off either. Tell me what you can afford, whether that's TF*, hundreds of pounds, or anything in between. If you ever see the words "no TF*" on my profile, shoot me (with a gun, not a camera!). I will ALWAYS consider it, just don't take advantage please, for the reasons detailed below.
Time for me to be honest - I absolutely cannot afford to pay photographers. I really wish I had the money but I'm a second time student who's been refused a loan and have to pay my way through 3 years of uni in London entirely off my own bat. On the same note, I cannot afford to travel unless expenses are paid for. As I say, I will always consider TF*, I just can't afford to shell out money to do my job.
