I'm currently seeking collaborators for TF* shoots. I have many ideas in various genres of commercial photography that will make for a bad ass portfolio some day in the near future.
My goal here is to network with talented models, MUAs and wardrobe and hair stylists and, with their help produce images that represent my vision and everyone's best talents. In other words, book-worthy photos.
Here are some concepts I'm interested in:
- Alternative bridal portraits (Goth, ethnic, cinematic, Renaissance/Medieval, anything over the top)
- Dancers/models in interesting (public) places
- Fashion and large animals
- Inspired by classic films
I don't have much interest in making money from MM, neither will I pay anyone for the privilege of shooting them. Expenses are another matter and can be discussed case by case. My philosophy on this is that serious people see the value of making their portfolio stronger. That said, if I'm getting paid for a shoot, so will everyone else I'm working with.
I love working with models because the images I produce become a collaborative effort between me and the subject. I especially like it when models bring ideas to the table that we can then combine with my own.
Professionally, I mostly photograph interior spaces for designers, builders, estate agents and architects. While architectural photography is technically very different from people photography, I'm planning some personal projects that involve fusing the two disciplines. More on that later...
Best way to get in touch with me is through email.
