I've had experience infront of the camera since I was a kid. Being behind the camera is different than I thought it would be. I don't want to shoot those white background fashion shots. I don't like put-together looks. The best photography is seeing a person wearing what they always wear in a place that they often go (even if this is made up, if it looks real, thats what counts). You have to be able to pull off the look. Don't try to be something so far from who you really are. It won't look natural.
If you'd like to work with me, I should let you know that I am a makeup artist and I do not want to shoot someone who clearly does not know how to put makeup on. If you need help, ask. I'd rather not be shooting you while your eyelashes are falling off.
