How VVD started:

To be honest, being a designer was never a thought in my head. But, one night when I went to sleep I woke with this wild idea that I could be a lingerie designer. At that time I asked myself well if my dream made me think I can do it, why couldn’t I in reality? That same morning I went off the to stores to buy bras and panties and to the fabric store and started to design. Next thing I know, I had people asking to have my designs in fashion shows, and asking if I can make them something one of a kind. Three weeks later I had made 10 designs and had been in a fashion show. Two weeks after that fashion show I was offered “my own fashion show”. Where the show had only my designs. This fashion show asked that I have 24 designs be made and I took all the time I had free to make them. Since then I have had my designs modeled in photo shoots and bought by fans. Now my time is spent finding fans to add to my fan base and making ONE OF A KIND lingerie design.
