Southern bred but raised abroad, Batyias has always had an extensive interest in a variety of artistic subjects. During school hours, he could be found doing everything from drawing, photography and poetry to graffiti on the cafeteria walls. After High School in Okinawa, Japan, Batyias was misdirected into obtaining an Associates Degree in Business which helped him understand the marketing, legalities, accounting and administrative functions of a company. So he furthered his education by obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Visual Communications with a concentration in digital design at A.I.U. Atlanta, Georgia. This curriculum encompassed a broad understanding of subjects to include: Typography, Illustration, Painting, Drawing, Photography, Design Principles, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Corporate Identity Development and Web Design. Upon completion of this program and enjoying every aspect of the field, Batyias was tasked to incorporate his talents into a company.
