Ashley is a 500HR Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation. Ashley began practicing yoga in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the grace, beauty and challenge of the yoga practice. Ashley is incredibly passionate about life and yoga and believes it is important to live in the moment. In 2013 Ashley suffered a trauma which left her wheelchair bound. Over the duration of her 2 year recovery, Ashley rehabilitated herself solely through yoga. Her passion, love and positivity is contagious and can be seen in her photos through her smile, strength and grace. Short term goals are to continue teaching and providing people with a great experience every time they workout. Model Mayhem is a wonderful place for fitness models to come together and share their mutual love for a healthy lifestyle and encourage others to love their bodies and who they are.
