FYI: I usually like to do a pre-shoot meeting. It helps break the ice early so we dont have to do it at the shoot, ya know get the awkward intros out the door. Meet up, grab some coffee, go over the details of the shoot and scheduling. If this is not an option for you then no worries I just know from experience it helps make all parties involved feel much more comfortable.
