For modeling:
I could use some specific updates so I will consider TFCD for the best team.
I am interested in paid projects only as I am a professional model and actress. I charge $100/hr if we start the clock from the makeup artist/stylist/hair or and additional $100 if I show up already full faced makeup, hair styled and bring my clothes. Commercial depends on project.I will not do Hustler style, or fetish and no considerations. My agency is Sports Unlimited and I posted a copy of my comp card in my profile for contacting them. I am  independent with my personal training, receive paid modeling jobs, and now acting jobs. I wish I could shoot with all the talented photographers on this site, just not enough time in the day:-( If you have an ultra creative idea with some incredible talent, I will consider, especially if we plan in enough notice.
