*ABOUT ME*
My name is Kara. I am currently an aspiring model and actress from New Jersey. I have been a strong pageant competitor for many years. I have been acting since a very young age. Throughout my life I have performed in many musicals and theatrical productions.
My love for the stage eventually introduced me to a love for the camera. I began to take a strong interest in broadcasting. I was involved in producing my high school television station. From there I went on to college with a major in Broadcasting, but decided to pursue teaching. My love for helping children to succeed and accomplish their dreams was far too strong. I am currently a double major honor student pursuing a BA in Education and a BA in English. I have a concentration in Shakespeare and and getting endorsements in both Reading and Middle School Education. I am a busy girl!
I hope to go for my Masters in Speech Pathology.
Though I changed my college track, my love for acting and camera grew. Because I loved being on stage, I gave pageants a try. It began as a way to earn scholarship money, but quickly ended up becoming a huge part of my life. Pageants are my Passion! I have had so much fun competing. You get to meet the most amazing girls and have the most amazing experiences. Because of pageants, I have become more outgoing and confident in myself. I am an amazing public speaker and I am comfortable with being myself. (If you can do a swimsuit competition, you can do anything!! haha!)
From pageants, I developed an interest in modeling. It started as a form of pageant competition, but grew into a deeper love. I enjoy being in front of the camera and creating art. Collaboration with photographers is amazing. I love being able to create art with my body. It is an amazing feeling of accomplishment.

I would like to expand and show the modeling world what I have to offer. I am looking forward to working with photographers to develop my portfolio. I love to try new things. I love creative work and I am very versatile. I love to try new looks from fun and flirty to bright and punky to dark and mysterious.
I am very interested in fashion, glamour, and swimsuit shots. Mostly, I am interested in fashion photoshoots. I will work hard to bring out the best in your photography and I really think we could bring photography to the next level.
