MODEL WORKSHOP – Full Day Sessions

Includes:

Personalised Photo Shoot:

1. We come to you with a portable studio setup (lights, backdrops, etc).
2. Choose from a wide selection of styles and concepts that include body paint, make-up, hair styling & wardrobe usage / styling.
3. No less than 10 professionally processed high resolution shots on a CD.
4. No less than 10 professionally processed (ready for web) low resolution shots on a CD as well as sent to you via email.
5. At least one A4 and two 6x4 professional prints of your choice.


Copyright Information Session:

1. Your rights as a model.
2. How to protect your rights & reputation.
3. Your own personalised release forms proofed by a lawyer accredited in Australia, UK & Ireland who specialises in criminal & contract law.


Acting for Photography:

Taught by B.A. Graduate (Drama Major) Elizabeth Smyth who has both acted in and directed plays both in NSW and interstate. She has directed numerous models for both fashion and concept based photo shoots to get an authentic and emotionally ‘true’ look for each shoot. Elizabeth is also a MUA / body painter / hair stylist.

1. How to emote and pose for the camera.
2. The natural and unnatural.
3. The bio-mechanical body and how to use it.
4. Working with props and not looking silly (unless you want to).


Industry Tips and Advice:

1. How to stand up to pushy or sleazy photographers.
2. How to pick a good photographer.
3. Working for TFP (Time For Print/Photos/CD) and how to get the best out of it.
