ATTENTION TO ALL LOCAL SAN FRANCISCO/BAY AREA PEOPLE:
On Saturday morning at 2:15 A.M. I got my car window smashed in on Folsom and Rausch Street in S.F. I went back into the venue for under 15 minutes upon returning to see they stole my victorian (black with white chandelier swirly designs) roller suitcase filled with over 100 articles of my hand-made one-of-a-kind clothing articles!
It was filled with bloomers/pantaloons, tops (long, short sleeved and corset style), skirts, (long and short), pants (long and short), jackets (long and short sleeved), sleeves/cuffs, silk screened patches (black background with blue, green and silver paint) and an antique victorian hand held mirror.
(fabrics used; velvet, knit, pin-stripes, chiffon, mesh net, lace, cotton.
Detailed trims such as ribbon, lace and fancy elastics and cords.
Some pieces with grommets and other metal parts.)
All of these items should stand out as they are one-of-a-kind! I mostly work in black framed with color and color framed with black.
This is of a MAJOR loss and GREAT devastation to me! If anyone know's my work they understand the years of detailed hard labors lost!
If anyone has any leads to this crime I would be willing to offer up a reward for any returns!
THANK YOU!
I am looking to collaborate with like-minded, professional and equally skilled artists.
I am also on Facebook... please (if you do) like my page.
Present...
I have experience in pattern~drafting, draping, custom fashion, costume, everyday wear, reconstruction, piecework, altering, tailoring, home decor and accessories. I currently specialize in bloomers, jackets, skirts, sleeves and choakers, but can make just about anything.
Future...
I am interested in the possibilities of integrating with new and unique talent, theatrical flair or exquisite, inexplicable artisans.
Please note... If I take the time to email you for a shoot or show it is because I like your work... this comes far and few between for me, especially after the endless layers of browsing. Therefore the least one could do is respond stating interested or not. Your not the only one out there.. so... Respect... my fellow "industry" clan.
