You need to have some professional shoots taken.

You're a pretty cool young lady and I'm surprised you don't have better pictures.  Surely there are some photographers in CA that would want to work with you.

My best recommendation would be for you to advertise yourself.  Get out there and show off those pictures.  Networking is *so* important in any sort of business especially this one.  Show off your pictures, get someone to talk to you about what you're doing and what you could do better, and then try out some TFCD/TFP shoots and build what you already have.  If you want to do this then you've just gotta put your foot in the door.

The only thing that most people on message boards agree on is that we all usually can't agree on anything.

If you let people know, I'm positive you can find a reputable photographer in your area who would be happy to provide you with some new photos on a TFCD basis. Start by posting a note in the "Casting Calls" forum and go from there.

It seems like I'm in the minority, but I kind of like your avatar.  It's eyecatching.  It makes me want to click on it just so I can see what the hell it is.
