i am actually applying the efforts of my last few months in front of the computer, and dont get a chance to post as much, but man, the topics lately are flat and do not stimulate any social intercourse or mayhem.

Sure, if you consider saying that the Burger King freaks you out to be stimulating social intercourse.  tongue

I thought the idea was to bitch at each other about the same 3-4 topics until someone locked the thread? Its supposed to be stimulating too?

should i be boring and write "I concur?"

I have been an impatient bitch lately on some of these threads...And yes, one did get locked.
If I see GWC, TFP, poor innocent victim model, or evil predator photographer again, I would be tempted to rip my hair out...if that weren't to endanger my career (guess I could get a wig, or become a shaved headed model...)

There are so many:
GWCs
Not nude but nude
implied vs. nude
underage models
flake models
perv photographers
models and photographers that hook up before, during, or after the shoot
TFP/TFCD or TFNothing

And maybe the most over done topic: Who should pay who? Who spends more? Who is worth more?

Well I dunno about you but if I woke up to see THAT smilin at me while holding a burger on a platter, or sittin in my back seat ,smilin at me in the rear view mirror as I drive down the street at night, *I* would most definitely freak out!

stimulating intercourse is redundant to the frequent "who's fault is it that the photographer has a new monopod?" threads.

ok, well we'll fix that by not using the words "photographer" or "model" at all in the conversation.

So, yeah, the Burger King does totally freak me out.  To the point where I have to change the station when I see him.  He is such a friggin' weirdo!  I saw a guy at Target that looked like him.  He was about 6'6" w/  a cape (who the hell wears a cape), these huge boots, and the same haircut.  I damn near peed my pants!

Ah, this would be the part of the social experiment where everyone has become comfortable with everyone, know's who's gonna respond in what way to what comment, and is bored with the same useless conversations so they just don't bother starting them.

Occasionally, a newbie will come along and try, and everyone just looks up from the paper, looks arounnd and goes back to reading

Like a 50yr marriage, only expedited in true internet fashion.

Hey, is it discourse, or intercourse- or are they the same thing?  I am not mocking you-, lol, it's just that I was in a situation yesterday where I used intercourse instead of discourse, and my 2 year old mind prompted my to giggle at the fact that I said "intercourse", teehee. smile  So... which is it Brian Diaz? lol

Intercourse:
   1. Dealings or communications between persons or groups.
   2. Sexual intercourse.

Discourse:
   1. Verbal expression in speech or writing.
   2. Verbal exchange; conversation.
   3. A formal, lengthy discussion of a subject, either written or spoken.
   4. Archaic. The process or power of reasoning.

So...ummm...I dunno.  Either?
