I'm a longtime vegetarian and I easily lost 109 lbs. a while ago!!

I divorced my wife!!!

"Thank you", Thank you", "I'll be here all week".  "Don't forget to try the veal, it's really tender"!

Seriously, you are GORGEOUS, don't change a thing about you!

Just don't change and don't give up!

I'm a bit confused.  You look great.  Mind you there are one or two images that aren't doing you any favors.  Your body looks great as well.  Why would they tell you to drop pounds?  OK, so your short for fashion.  You know that.  But keep trying.  Find photographers willing to work with you for commercial looks and find a good hair and makeup artist.  Don't give up.  R-

Dropping 15 - 20lbs... from where? You look very slender!

I think you look fantastic!

I don't know what kind of "agencies" you are talking to and where..., well, your height is more for commercial... Maybe you should try some agencies in Miami!

However..., I think that you might be able to market yourself very successfully as a freelancer!

Break a leg!

"English 101"
Your comment regarding her nose was derogatory and uncalled for.
"not logging in for 9 months"
She is not going to even read the posts. More 101 for you.

So as I have been recovering, I have been sending in polaroids into agencies and what not, just to see if I had a shot. I got a couple replies. But they are somewhat confusing. I have been signed to Chics beauty division(which almist anyone can be) and I went in to see if I could get signed to the actual agency. The agent said I have a very different look and that she likes my face but that I would need to drop about 15-20 more lbs since I'm so short. (5'7). So then I took a shot at commercial agencies and I got back that I'm too different looking, and then for glamour I am not "pretty" enough.
So I have no idea where I fit in...

your poses are all off but certainly pretty enough to model and market your own images if you find the right photographer. Agencies will say anything without meaning a good portion of the time when they are not interested. Much of advise or comments are not always anything to do with how they feel. The have a few they are not interested in hound them.Posing skills are really important. Outfit selection, having a website showcasing your work and these days videos of your posing skills perhaps 10 seconds showcasing a garment.

I'd love to know that too, based on the date of the last reply in 2008, this thread would have been on about page 850 ( I looked )

No more than most photographers take pictures so they can hear someone say that is a nice picture and let me pay you for it.

No wonder most models here seem to not bother with posting in the forums.
