I only found it for one of my time slots because my model told me she wanted to be photographed there - she knew about it because she had been there at some previous time (not DEAC).

It was mainly off limits for three reasons:

1) It's really nasty there with a lot of things to get hurt with
2) Too many hidden areas to keep monitored for safety
3) Leland doesn't like people down there because that's where they store their supplies/alcohol/etc
