What: Chicago 'Burbs Meet&Greet When: Saturday, October 25th Time: 7:00PM - 10:00PM  Who: For Models, Stylists and Photographers Where: Mr. Beef & Pizza Located At: 1796 S. Elmhurst Rd., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056 Phone: 847.228.1210 Map: Link to Map Note: The MOUNT PROSPECT location, NOT the Arlington Heights location. Don't forget to bring: Business cards, comp cards, books, and anything else you want to show off for networking purposes. Other Important Info: This is not an invite-only event. If you're available, come on out, and donât hesitate to bring others involved in the industry. If you're unsure whether or not you can make it, please err on the side of caution and DO NOT list yourself. Letâs limit the number of significant others and âescortsâ. This is a public venue and Iâm expecting at least 25 people to show, you donât need someone there âfor safetyâ. This is NOT a group shoot. It is a Meet & Greet. Models are encouraged to show up looking how they wish to present themselves to potential photographers, and photographers may bring their cameras to take a few fun candids, but we're meeting to network, eat and have a good time, not to shoot. It is NOT mandatory that you eat or drink at this event. We do, however, have a $50 minimum food/drink order on the room, which shouldnât be hard to meet. This venue is one where you order your food/drinks and then pay before you get your food. Should you choose to eat/drink, please be prepared to cover your entire meal, as you will need to do so as you order. Mr. Beef & Pizzaâs menu is available on their website. This location is willing to become our monthly M&G venue, depending on how this event goes. With that in mind, let's make sure we're respectful, clean, and honest, and that they welcome us back with open arms. Public transportation options are available. For Metra, take the UP Dist. NW Line to the Mount Prospect station. Those interested in taking the CTA should check out the schedules for the Blue Line and get off at the River Road stop, which is the last stop BEFORE the O'Hare stop. If you are taking public transportation and need a pickup/drop off from the station, please contact me or Hal to arrange for a ride.[/url] BIG thanks to Hal for suggesting the place and to Caity B for doing the legwork to reserve the room for us!!
