Mar 25 09 04:29 am Link It's best to always get a copy no matter if the material is adult or not. For a release it gives the photographer piece of mind that the person entering into the contract is indeed of legal age, that they are who they say they are and finally some piece of legal verifiable information. And don't forget if you pay a model more than $600 in a given year that you have to fill out a 1099 for the good old robber barons, aka the IRS. With nudity here in Alabama the burden of proof is on the photographer as to the age of the subject. The prosecution doesn't have to prove the age of the subject just infer the age based on physical appearance. We all know that everyone ages differently and that some 28 year olds could appear as a teen. There are one or two that I can think of on MM I just can't find there ports at the moment. ~rvd May 29 09 09:36 am Link its the law and one i dont agree with May 29 09 09:39 am Link |
