How much? Cause I just remeasured and 33 on the nose!

Ok I guess I have to take your word for it. In that case you and Reby have nowhere near the same figure. 3 inches is a mile when it comes to hips wink

I just meant that we are similar, not exactly the same. (Small in the chest and waist and bigger in the hips). I

I think I totally agree with what most people are saying, it's not so much about size, but attitude, poses, exuding sex appeal, etc.

For me, a model who can really fill out a bra or swimsuit top is def who I'd choose for maxim glamour..... ie: a figure like a Victoria's Secret Model or most any SI swimsuit model.

If fact that's what I tell models who wanna shoot tfp glam. Unless you have that look, I'm probably not interested in Maxim glamour.

When it comes to nudes my preference is a often ripped ballet dancer or fashion type model.    Shot a model like that today,,, 5% body fat, small B cups, an amazing ripped figure. She could never do Maxim glamour IMO .. but for nudes & fashion is a sure winner.

Sex appeal certainly isn't a matter of measurements but it sure gets you noticed.

Kim is very skinny, her build is more fashion than it is glamor. She does have a very full Booty, sorry Kim I couldn't resist...

Kim, you'd be better off looking for lifestyle type shoots, honestly you're not going to find them on here, they are BORING... Quit screwing around and walk in Hampton's Models in Smithtown...

I'd love to have you for my shoots! Proportions and natural are far more important to me than anything else. Store bought just looks wrong if not done right and a lot aren't. My focus in eyes, body and look and how it fits my concept.

I think if you're smaller, like I am, try to reaalllyy accentuate your curves. I've mastered the booty pop and double bra, and I'm a small B with no ass. I get booked on a lot of glamour type things, I just have to push myself to make myself look as curvy as a girl with big boobs and an ass.

Nowadays Glam or Glamor is what used to be cheesecake and peepshow material. Real glamour is about beauty, mystery and illusion.
from the OED
Etymology:  Originally Scots, introduced into the literary language by Sir Walter Scott.

1. Magic, enchantment, spell; esp. in the phrase to cast the glamour over one.
2. a. A magical or fictitious beauty attaching to any person or object; a delusive or alluring charm.

" The man had a glamour for me and drew me with the attraction of a magnet."
"May be some wily lass has had the airt, Wi' spells, an' charms, to win our Robin's heart; An' hauds him, wi' her Glaumour-gift, sae fell."

This is Glamour:

As you've noted, the word doesn't have the same implications today that it used to - so your examples aren't relevant to this conversation at all.

i noticed reby's wikipedia page had a different cup size than her MM page, too - but, i suspect justine's success might have more to do with the fact that she does porn.

I've used the word "glamourous" to describe many women,  but i've never once used the word to describe breasts.

Why do you care? If you want to take beautiful, mysterious, photos full of illusion - then you could just use those words. Some words change over time - for example, calling someone a ‘nice person’ meant they were ignorant or unaware. Wouldn't it be odd for me to say "I wish the word 'nice' still meant 'ignorant?'" If I wanted to say ignorant, I could just use the word ignorant.

Wishing words meant was they used to mean instead of what they mean today just seems bizarre. Unless what you're saying is that you wish all those people who wanted to take glamour photos of you actually wanted to take fully clothed portraits and make you look like a Hollywood starlet from the 20's.

I've been wondering the same thing if there's standard measurements like there is in high fashion. Im a small B and am going back and forth about whether I should "invest" in breast implants

Looks like general consenses is that it doesn't matter but I wonder if bigger breasts get you higher paying jobs

You must not think as breast implants as a form of investment given that remain an operation so certain risk are present.
That choice should be independent from the photography.
About high fashion exist specific requirenments that you don't meet.
Give a look at the general feedback section for known where are you more suited and other tips (about profile),etc.

I don't think it should really matter. Some people like big boobs and some think that size is not the main thing that makes a woman attractive and/or sexy. You probably won't get any of the jobs where the model is wearing a swim suit that is basically three band aids. Just go ahead and do it.

I used to do primarily glamour and fine art modeling. Oddly enough, I've never gotten turned down for being too petite for a nude/pinup/swim/whatever gig, but I have many times for fashion. Like others have said, it's confidence and natural sensuality that will sell an image.

Large breasts are over rated.  Especially fake breasts.  I'd much rather photograph a natural woman.

Coming from the other end of the spectrum, I am well endowed (naturally). And quite honestly, I don't really enjoy getting as much offers as I do for glamour or implied. I would love to do more fashion but I cannot as much as I would like due to my cup size. I plan on getting a reduction to a large B cup (right now i'm a 34D and only 118 lbs sad ) Glamour is about selling sex. Yes, there are lots of people out there that associate glamour with larger chests, defined curves, etc., but just because someone has a larger chest doesn't mean they know how to sell it. It's all about how you are posing, and manipulating your body to produce what you are wanting to to the camera. You are a very beautiful llama, having a smaller chest should not deter you at all!

In my opinion I do not see a problem with it. I get a lot of what I call photographer racism because I am only 5'4''. A lot of them use me for stuff, but a lot of them say I am too short. I need to remind them sometimes that there is petite modeling. I have done a lot of petite runway, swimsuits, etc. I know that the company Dove has received a lot of backlash for using "real women" in their ads because they stepped out of the box with their advertising. Honestly I think this was very brave and more of it should be out there. I hear a lot of women say things like "Yeah, if I was that tall or that skinny I would look good wearing that too". When that happens the business misses out on a sale. I believe that more "real women" modeling is what we need really. I study psychology and keep in mind that in a lot of different parts of the world that breasts are only good for feeding babies. Way south in Mexico women are sexiest at 300 lbs and in a lot of countries knees and armpits are the sexiest part of a woman. It is all culture dependent.

you should do well. It is more about attitude, men like to see naked woman so small breasts are appreciated by a large segment of men.
