In the Inland Empire here... and if you decide you wanna stay cool out of the 90+ degree heat and shoot at 2 great air conditioned studios (with Ipod music docks)... got pics of both on the MM page with very reasonable rental rates ($60 for 3 hours).  Seven backgrounds, 4 power supplies, 9 heads, over $3000 in props and assessories and only 20 minutes from Fontana... borat

Need lots more information on what you are looking for please.

I could suggest a bowling alley - or a secluded glade in the mountains.

Shooting clothing? - Lifestyle?  Bikini?

Hard to suggest specific places with a general request.

Redlands has a lot of interesting greenery South of the 10.  Not so sure what kind of Alice shoot you're aiming for but the IE is pretty diverse.

Step one:

Get in a car / bike / bus

Step two:

drive around, stop. Look around, note cross streets, and lighting.

Step three:

Repeat:-)

This isnt a snarky post, FYI... You will find magical places if you just look around... They're everywhere...sometimes it isn't even grandiose, just simple little places to catalog for later.

Best luck, and be well!

When I was growing up, the term 'Inland Empire" was used by Spokane, Washington!  Could you please be more specific, on the location?

+1 on this. if i dont have my camera with me at the time ill snap a pic with the iphone (that geotags it) so later I can add it to my "locations" map i've created on google that i've started saving all my fav locs or interesting places to shoot.

downtown riverside has a lot of great alleys for that urban look..
