It is a cute shot.  But I only know that because I went in your port and clicked on it to enlarge it.  Images like this don't make great avatars because everything is so small at thumbnail size.  I would normally just pass on by.

I get the feeling from this image that your port will have a dark feel to it.  This doesn't interest me as much, so I will just pass on by.

I love a nice close head shot for an avatar.  I can easily tell what you look like without entering your port.  And since you have a look that would work well for what I do, I would definitely enter your port.  Well done.

This image pushes the limits on hard to see at a thumbnail size, but I do see enough to want to see more.  And it looks great at full size.  Love your port.

This doesn't really catch my interest enough to want more.  Kind of hard to see as a thumbnail, so I just move on by.

This could be good.  However, I find the expression depressing.  And the flaws really stand out.  I would not enter.

the idea is good.  But the emotion from the model, specifically the face expression turns me away.  So I would most likely just pass on by.

the expression is lifeless. I like your third image much better as an avatar. I would not stop with this one.
