Looks vintage, so you're not likely to find one exactly like it.
BTW, the image is too small for anyone to really see any detail on the dress.

Larger version ~ Maybe google "Anna Karina Style" etc.

Believe what Melissa is alluding to is not enough of the garment is visable in the image...  Without the full silhouette it is virtually impossible to ID the type of dress...  The only "Style" element shown is Collar, Neckline and Sleeve

Dress "Style" is nearly always a function of it's silhouette and cut...

If one is serious about modeling it would be a wise attribute to become rather knowledgeable about garment style and the elements which comprise the aforementioned...

Likewise photographers who are serious about rendering fashion narratives may also benefit from the aforementioned...

Hope this helps...

All the best on your journey Mousseline...

From the limited view the cut of the dress seems to be almost Victorian or rather a reproduction of something with Victorian influences. If you have a full length version of the shot your best option may be to take it to a local theater company and see if the costume department has something they'll rent you or if they have a seamstress who can recreate the look. Your other option is of course to contact the model if you know here and see where she sourced the dress from.

Looks like a period reproduction, most likely from a play, or film. It has a vintage look, but doesn't look vintage, if you know what I mean.

To acquire one, you would likely need to commission it, to someone who does custom costumes for theater.
