Please pm me for my paypal address to send me money for my next Cornish Rex kitten.

I unfortunately can't help you, because I'm self employed- have a $1200 car repair by the end of the month before my car inspection sticker expires, neurological issue medical bills, regular bills, and i'm hugely in debt from just trying to get by (I have to pay cash for EVERYTHING).

But I wish you luck in getting funding for your cat borat post lots of pics! wink

Oh Christ..

"While it's free to create and share your online fundraising campaign, GoFundMe will deduct a 5% fee from each donation that you receive. Since our fee is deducted automatically, you'll never need to worry about being billed or owing us any money. A small processing fee of about 3% will also be deducted from each donation. Please see Pricing & Fees for more info."

8%...

Since GFM and sites like it rely on your FB family and friends for success, might as well cut them out and just have people paypal you the money directly.

I've thought about it, but I think i'm going to (just barely) squeeze by on it.. I'd rather people by a print or hire me to take photos of something. I'm already working and communicating with the people I owe money too, so they're OK with waiting for me to finish the car repair and I have a huge project on the horizon.

(in all seriousness - folks, we're all in the same position here so I'm not passing judgement on anyone who posts for gofundme and such). Everyone's in financial straights, and no matter how hard we try we're barely holding our heads above water. There are ways around it, including selling stuff although not ideal, asking family and friends for help and so on).

If you are into high maintenance ( emotional, not physical ), get a Tonkinese ( siamese Burmese mix, the guy in my lap in the avi).

I've had my Chuck for over 5 years now, he is a therapy cat for little old ladies and my true love as far as cats go.
He sleeps under the blanket, rides on the passenger seat in my car, is very chatty and looks after the rest of the savages like Mr mom.
