so cal gas prices...hmm
normally, i'm not a tin foil hat type; but it seems every time that gas prices plummet (nationwide) all of the southern ca refineries suddenly are beset with "maintenance" issues, or "fire" issues, or likewise. me--being the skeptic--can pretty much figure out what's going on here. i call bs. gas has gone up here (at my normal place of purchase) about 50 cents a gallon, in the last two weeks, while it has fallen at about that same rate, nationally. http://www.scpr.org/news/2015/12/23/564 … -increasi/ gotta feed the monkey, dude.
