Short Bio:
I grew up in LA and have always been interested in art. I paint with oils, acrylics and with digital software such as Painter x and Photoshop. The other side of me involves being a major computer geek. I work in the IT industry and, like a good geek, I have a high interest in software. I have mastered major software packages such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Lightroom (to name a few). I surf the internet and bookstores looking for knowledge.

Because of my interest in art and technology, it would only be a matter of time before I would become interested in retouching. To me, retouching (like photography) is an art. I treat my retouchings like my paintings: Each painting will be different according to the vision of the artist. There are countless steps in the workflow which address a specific aspect of the over-all look and feel. Retouching is the same and requires careful care and attention to achieve that million-dollar look. That is why Portrait Professional software (as we all see it advertised here) will never even come close to giving you professional results.

Because I will treat your precious photographs like they deserve to be treated. I will not apply cookie-cutter processes or plug-ins. I follow a professional work-flow and use only the best tools available: Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Tablet on a Mac Book Pro. I also have calibrated my monitors professionally with Xrite.

**Basic Retouching 12 USD per image. 10 USD per image for orders with 5 images

I will address the following as needed:

some stray hair removal
Color correction
Tone correction
Hue correction
basic skin (softening and evening)
Blemish removal
sharpening
minor physical adjustments
teeth whitening
eyes brightening
basic polishing of the image otherwise not mentioned here.


**Advanced Retouching 18 USD per image 15 USD per orders of 5 images

Everything from tier1 plus:

Flawless skin
Wardrobe and posture adjustment (when requested)
Perfect hair adjustment

**Manipulation 25 USD * Each manipulation is unique and varies in complexity. However, I am always open for a new challenge. Send me a message with your vision and I will promptly reply with details.
