Taylor Chapman, proud owner of a college Business degree, shows she didn't learn much from her Marketing classes.

She didn't get a receipt for a meal the previous night (UPDATE: she did, just not at the moment she got handed her food), so she came back the next day loaded for bear. She calls the restaurant on its "no receipt, the meal is free" policy, but can't help but get racist, profane and abusive despite the staff's polite compliance.

I'm guessing if she does ever land another spokesmodel gig in this lifetime, it's be for White Aryan Resistance.

Yeah, that little line really threw me for a loop, too. There doesn't seem to be anyone she won't shit on in her quest for glory.

And she claims to have gotten a lawyer in this quest for the free meal. In addition to failing Marketing 101, she also seems to have slept her way through Economics 101.

My thoughts exactly. I was gonna say she reminds me of that Alexandra Wallace chic from UCLA ("Ching Chong, Ling Long, Sing Song") - all seem to be cut from the same fabric and would be perfect as a traveling comedy trio.

Sure they would.  She wasn't wearing a Happywok uniform in her rant video.

Probably about a million people have seen that photo of her with Happywok's web address in it.  I'm sure that the awareness they got out of it far outweighs any negative association people make with her and Happywok.

I don't need a receipt for the doughnut. I'll just give you the money, and you give me the doughnut, end of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this. I just can't imagine a scenario where I would have to prove that I bought a doughnut. Some skeptical friend: "Don't even act like I didn't get that doughnut! I got the documentation right here...oh, wait it's at home...in the file...under "D", for "doughnut."

people who work in retail take abuse all the time at the hands of 'customers'.

She didn't need a receipt.

She was trying to capitalize on a posted policy of the store.  A few places I've been promise a receipt or the meal is free.  And one time, I wasn't given a receipt.  And I DIDN'T throw a fuckfit.  I DIDN'T go back the next day and demand shit.  I DIDN'T get my lawyer on it.  And I DIDN'T go in and use my phone and declare that I was under video surveillance.  Because the policy is silly.  I don't need a receipt.  And I don't need free food, either.

So, she thought it was her birthright to free food because someone on the other side of the drivethru window made a mistake.

She's a cunt.

I reserve that insult for only the truly deserving.

I'd like to gather up a lot of these backfire videos, track down the people who thought everyone would be on their side and see how fun their life had become because of this childish and thoughtless behavior, and make a film out of it.

Then parents could make it required watching for their teen kids to show that what THEY think is cool or funny... isn't.

some people in retail also dish out abuse. not like this, but they do...or they are just plain moronic, and have no place doing work where interaction with the public is part of the job description.

The customer doesn't particularly need the receipt.  It's an anti employee theft policy.  It encourages the customers to tattle on employees who collect money without ringing up a sale.

That chick is deranged.  She got everything she wanted but she was still running her mouth at the 4 minute mark.

I read all the replies before I viewed the video.

By the time I went to the clip my expectations were way high.

I wasn't disappointed.

The next time she goes to DD, they should give here these pastries with her fucking coolatta...

Bachelor Party? Is this the scene where they're prepping 'Nick the Dick'?

'Van Wilder' though I love Bachelor Party as well.

The pastries in this scene are made with eclairs and the filling is replaced with, wait for it..... dog semen.

Perfect for this 'spokesperson' for batshit-crazy-types.

As soon as the crazy bitch said she'd gotten her lawyer on the situation, the DD staff should have told her company policy is, once an attorney is involved, to let the lawyers work it out. No compensatory meals until then. Come back in here before the attorneys reach an agreement and we'll have you arrested for trespassing. Goodbye, crazy lady.
