Apr 14 07 04:40 am Link This is very helpful information. thankyou for posting this and everyone who through out helpful tips. Apr 29 07 01:12 am Link I got through the first two posts on this forum and realized very few models must read it. Don't get me wrong- it is EXCELLENT and it should be required reading for anyone new. With a FOUR digit membership number, I guess you could say I have been around here quite a while and have seen so many models make so many mistakes. I don't agree with everything stated up front, but all are entitled to their opinions. The important thing is that all members here should use MM as a learning tool and realize that this is a very tough business, and you just can't please all the people all the time. Ed Ed Camara Photography MM #6887 May 02 07 04:01 pm Link Thank you much for the post guidelines; I find them helpful! May 04 07 12:57 pm Link May 19 07 08:17 am Link One rule I didn't see posted here (and I just found out the HARD way!): Don't post anything that says "vote for me," not even in the off-topic forum. People get really pissy. Sorry to anyone I offended! I know the rule now! May 29 07 10:28 pm Link This guide was informative and i will pt it to use. May 31 07 03:08 am Link Back to the top! Love H*** Jun 19 07 07:12 pm Link Understand that your real world experience is not going to immediately transform into MM respect. Ten, twenty, thirty years in the business is certainly impressive, but if you spout off in your first post, you are still going to be treated like a punk. MM is like any community... your reputation here is built on your actions here, not on what you did in your 'prior' life. Jun 20 07 06:58 pm Link Thank you very much for the advice, this newbie might need it! Jun 21 07 02:15 pm Link Almost all newbie threads that ended badly are due to newbies not reading this thread.
