Ignore him and block him. You are absolutely gorgeous. You appear to be on at least the slightly larger breasted side which will of course cause some sagging. So what Keep your chin up and keep making good photos

First one is to ask for clarification from someone you think has maimed you. You felt so maimed that you even started a topic on it without including everything I wrote to you. The problem is with that, once you have people coming to your defense without knowing the full message, it is like trying to stop a snowball rolling down the hill. It just continues to build and build into it crashes into something or runs out of energy. Would that be something like someone sending an email about how lousy you are at post production work but are decent at photographing fallen trees?

It is genetics. Younger women who have not had children have a better chance of being perky but it is not a guarantee. This is a sensitive area that it would be best avoided. You are very kind to explain it to me, since I was very ignorant with the development of breasts. I will also take your suggestion and avoid mentioning breasts because I did not know it was such a sensitive issue. I certainly hope that the young girl can understand that not every man understands what you have explained to me, and if there is a next time of receiving a message like I sent, that she will either not reply, or reply explaining about the female anatomy.

What this comes down to is: The "photographer"'s comment was not constructive criticism as telling a girl her breasts droop is only going to give her a complex and is not something she can easily change without surgery that she may not want. If it is a major issue then she just wont get certain contracts... but other companies might be looking for a more natural beauty and she may well fit the bill on that one. Telling her your opinion does nothing to help her and is purely a negative that should have been kept to yourself.

The analogy is wrong with that, but I do agree that I am lousy at post production work, but very good at what I do as a business. With homicides, accidents, fires, abductions, international drug bust, etc., there is no post production allowed, except for blurring the faces of certain people such as undercover agents or minors. I can't comment on your work, because I don't understand it. Now that doesn't mean I am insulting your work, it only means what I wrote. I just don't understand it.

You didn't know that criticizing a woman's body would be offensive, that looking older than you are is a "sensitive issue?" Do you live in an alternate universe where people don't have feelings and it's acceptable to ask a 17-year old girl a question about her boobs and her age? Good lord, your defense is making me think you are less intelligent than before.

I'm the boob that wrote that since you aren't suppose to out people. I think it was a fair question to ask since it did show sagging and I have not met anyone who sagged at such a young age, so I was matching age with sagging which now seems to be has no relation. The wonderful thing about humans is how each one is unique - there's such a great range and in reality there is no such thing as "normal," only average. In this case, I don't think it was a "fair question." What on earth did you hope to gain by it? Do you really think she is that much older? I don't believe so, but even if she was - so what? It is very unlikely any of us would make a life changing decision based on someone understating their age - and that is the only reason anyone should be worried about what someone else says online.

I don't understand the need to add a bit of philosophy into your reply, but I will mention that normal is based on the norm which is based on what the general consensus is among the masses. If I wrote the message with no intent to gain information, then what was my intent in the second paragraph. Was it reconciliation for something I thought was bad of asking with a comparison?

That is a good example of how people can confuse things through a message board. I obviously confused what you wrote. SHE never outed you, nor cried that she had been "maimed", nor said anything in public about what she thought of you... much less tell you to "go back to the womb!" Shame on you for acting like a 10-year old spoiled brat who is just not understood. She did, however, post an anonymous excerpt from a message, ending it with a bit of humorous sarcasm about the ludicrousness of questioning her age because of "saggy breasts" which by the way, are NOT saggy.

If you don't do nude work and you haven't seen a lot of breasts it's probably not a very wise decision to throw out a critique at a photo that contains either. Looking at the photo, and other similiar shots, you really need to take into consideration the movement going on in the shot and/or the pose. You could take a photo of someone with 0% body fat with a totally flat stomach and if they are turned in a certain pose, you will get what looks like rolls of skin even though they aren't there normally.....

I am not angry, mad, feel I need to defend myself, or anything remotely close. I did notice that I should have not used "know". I meant to write "known". The problem with message boards is they don't show emotion, except for those cute smiley faces or putting up a so people know what you are feeling. So here goes my emotiong for this thread, LOL
