This is a sad thing but the real problem would be if the parents actually left the kids alone . This could never have happened if they were properly supervised .

there are so many inaccuracy's in that article that are easily provable that it is hard to take any of it seriously, It sounds like the cops and DA are starting a witch hunt trying to make a name for them self, your typical white knights will love to see this. but I will wait till they are PROVEN guilty.

YES!!!!!!!!!! This is the SAME people. Here's the deal. Alton has been on a number of sites, along with his DAUGHTER Kristilynn, who's mentioned in the second story.
Alton always claimed Kristi was his WIFE.
In the huge escort thread he started posting from her profile & going off on me & a number of other photographers and he tracked down several of our phone numbers & called us to make death threats.
Since he lives less than 45 minutes from me, I got the cops involved. I also noted to the cops that he was pimping Kristi out & showed them the ads where he was offering to film people having sex with her.
They were immediately thrown off MM & after similar incidents they were thrown off every other reputable site out there. So Alton established a web site labeling me & DOZENS of other photographers as being RAPISTS. Several of us have been pursuing legal action against him over the web site & feeding info to the cops about his efforts to involve models in prostitution.
According to the second story, Alton intro'ed his wife to people as his sister & Kristi as his daughter. Besides offering her for prostitution he also offered her out as a dominatrix.
Well, I would guess his website full of slander & copyright violations will go down while he's in prison.

On a similar related topic I have a friend with a now 20 year old daughter. Her brothers found CDs and photos of her when she was 13-14 where her father was exploiting her on the internet. He lasted about a month in prison.
$900,000+ bond on the wife...they're not BSing around.

In early 2008 Alton sent me hate mail with pics from their home that included images of minor children that he claimed were his & Kristi's kids. I'm sure the cops would like to see those.
Plus part of the reason we haven't been able to get his website taken down despite copyright violations & libel is that it's run by a small private ISP in Colorado where Alton & Kristi have a "relationship" with the owners.
If kiddie porn's going on, those people are probably helping distribute it.

Everything James has mentioned in the above story is dead on correct regarding Alton & Kristy Smith from running an escort service, shooting underage hardcore porn, stalking models, extorting photographers, theft of equiptment, slandering and libelling those of us who reported on his actions in his nasty website, and on and on ad nauseum. The list of his offenses and those he's hurt whose paths he's crossed goes back more than 5 years that I am aware of, as that's when I had the misfortune of meeting them and becomming entangled in their madness.
I am so sorry that it's taken this long for this to finally come to the surface, and to all those hurt by his actions over the years. What goes around does occasionally come around. I will be most happy to give detailed info to anyone who PM's me regarding this info, and have already called the Flagler Police to assist them with the info they are requesting.
