The Heaven Vs Hell Photo Prom Shoot-Off Will you Rise or will you Fall SO join us if you dare on Saturday June 20th from 10am to 6pm Bethpage NY 11714  We will have 2 huge areas that are over 35,000 Sq ft combined and these areas will be deck out and set up prom style The First floor will be the Heavenly Prom with a nice and colorful cheery Theme. Payment will not be collected at the door so you must pre pay Via Paypal or in Person Once you have payed via paypal your paypal receipt is your admission ticket . If you pay in person you will receive a printed ticket with a unique number. Sorry for any inconvenience but as past history shows, if people pay for something, they usually show up RULES Please read and follow, if you break any of these rules you will be escorted out of the event and will not get a refund! · Every attendee will have to sign a location waiver to attend  · The only fee is the location fee; no one can charge anyone for working with them. Models can not charge photographers, MUA cannot charge models or photographers, stylists cannot charge anyone.  If you are found out trying to charge anyone, you will be asked to leave. · Please respect the property and location. You would not like someone coming into your home or Studio and damaging it or messing it up · Please treat everyone with respect; we are professionals, so act like it. If you are found harassing someone or making them feels uncomfortable, you will be asked to leave. Any incident please report it to one of the organizers (Tanya,Bria, Mark , WG or Alan or any other of the event staff ) · Do not touch anything that is not yours, without permission · You break it or damage it, you pay for it (So be careful) · Please Bring business cards,Releases, paper, and pens to exchange information with whom you work with · Absolutely no Alcohol or Drugs are allowed at this event. If you are found with any alcohol or Drugs you will be escorted out. · Lastly remember to have fun and create awesome works for Art !!!! Photographers please bring your own equipment and have extension cords. If another photographers is set up in an area you want to shoot in either work with him or wait for them to break down there equipment before you load yours. We do not want people on top of each other on the same set, that is unless the photographer that is shooting and the model allow it Photographers You can start loading in your equipment at 9:45am that morning Again Don't forget to bring business cards,Model Releases, paper, and pens to exchange information with whom you work with Models The Makeup artists do not have to do your makeup, it is their choice of who they want to work with. Also their might be a waiting list to work with them, so you are cutting down your shooting time. Remember You are responsible for your own clothes and things,We have set aside dressing areas for the models so your stuff will be safe but, We are not responsible for anything (phones, clothing, etc..)
