The output at full is the same as an AB1600, or 1 stop more than the AB800, the t.5 flash duration is 1/1600 sec. The flash duration gets shorter as power decreases.

That would be more than adequate to light some small gyms for sports then, 1/1600 is excellent to stop action.. any idea of the recycle time at t.5?

This question makes no sense.  Recycle time is a function of several variables, but flash duration is not one of them.  Also, forget t.5 times.  If you are looking to stop action, then t.1 is the rating that you care about:
