The studio is about 1700 sq ft with hardwood floors, 15 ft ceilings, natural light and is newly drywalled/painted.

We do monthly and daily rentals.


Below are our introductory daily rates (good for the next month or two only):

$25 hour 4 hour minimum, with balance due at completion of shoot. Cash or Paypal only.

(At this low rate, time begins when first member of your party arrives and ends when last person leaves.)

$100 deposit required to hold all time slots.

Cancellations:

72 hours or more notice: 100% return of deposit

48 hours or more notice: you will be entitled to a 50% return of your deposit.

Less than 48 hours notice: no return of deposit.

If you are interested in using the studio on a more regular basis our monthly rental plan is best to go wit. Currently we are charging $400 a month for 4- 8 hour days. This is for a 3 month agreement.

It consists of 50 acres of mixed forest with several trails and a ravine, one building half devoted to a jungle set, and a second building for meals, shelter, and so forth. It is primarily an outdoor location and its principle use involves two man-made mud pits used for quicksand scenes. It can be rented for most kinds of fetish work, but not for porn or hard bondage sorts of things. The rental rate is 100.00 per day, or part thereof, between Labor Day and May 31. We have a photo studio to share for the photographer with limited access to a professional photo studio. Modern building  with 14' x 20' studio space and elevator access.
Hours are flexible.  Rent is negotiable.  Hourly, weekly or monthly, you decide. 

NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT REQUIRED!

PIXEL STUDIOS located in Charleston, SC is a "co-op" formatted studio whereby members pay a monthly fee for a set number of studio hours. Walk-ins are also welcome when time slots are available.

The "co-op" rate is $175.00 per month for which the member is allowed 12 hours in the studio which translates to $15.00 per hour. Additional hours are available should the member use his alloted time at $12.00 per hour. Unused hours roll-over to the next month. THERE IS NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT.

Walk in rates for those not wishing to become a member arE $40.00 per hour.

The studio is a 2,000 sq.ft. fully airconditioned space which contains a CYC Wall 16' x 12' x 16' and a Green Screen Wall 22' x 12' x 16'.

The studio also features a 2 wall generic room set 12' x 25' x 12' which can be styled to simulate a wide variety of looks.

Studio Lighting is included in the price of rental for both Still & Video work.

The studio has a lighted makeup station, private changing area and a small Kitchenette. There's ample off street parking and the the ground floor building has a 10' roll up door for in/out loading of equipment.

PIXEL STUDIOS  is just 10 minutes from both downtown Charleston and the Charleston International Airport.
