I need the older iOS version 5.1.1 installed. You need a Mac to do this. I do not have a Mac and I do not have the old files. The files described in the video...I don't have them. I need some type of blank file that can be used I guess. I hope to find someone close to me that can do this. I should be able to download the photos/videos etc off of the iPod so nothing needs to be backed up and restored...hopefully! I am going to work on that now. There was a non-affiliated iFIX store but it was company policy that they not do it and the two employees there did not have experience doing it. I contacted one person on Craig's List that said they "do it" but when I contacted them they did not want to do it. There is another person on Craig's List that I found but they are in Sarasota and would charge $25...maybe I will go that route at some point. Ugh.
