Larger nosed models.
I have a model who can be sexy, and while searching on MM can be endless, I want to hear how you models with slightly larger noses, make what nature gave you, SEXY!@! Jun 29 11 12:32 am Link Jun 29 11 12:47 am Link Whatever, that's not a honker. Jun 29 11 12:57 am Link Ya, its a good profiled nose. The nose Im after is a bit wider too. Jun 29 11 01:00 am Link I have a pretty large nose as shown in this head shot Angles, angles, angles and practice, practice, practice. If you are a model with a large nose, you need to know where to point it to make it look appealing or interesting to look at. Now I learned to ignore it Jun 29 11 01:28 am Link Philip, as a hair stylist should you not know how to fashion hair to enhance facial features? countless hours in a cosmetologist's training are focused on the aforementioned... as a lens person is it not your responsibility to work diligently with the traits your clients bring to the image equation? typically frontal/centerline vantage eliminates issues with nose length... as in this image... For a more academic discussion of the aforementioned you might study Master Lighting Guide for Portraiture in which Chris Gray devotes the better part of a chapter to the issue... Never a problem, only a challenge... which btw a master of the lens knows how to effectively resolve... best... thomas Jun 29 11 06:37 am Link I have a larger nose. It think it makes me more unique and I embrace everything about myself. Jun 29 11 06:55 am Link I have a large nose (French, I think). I just ignore it. Jun 29 11 07:40 am Link My nose isn't particularly large, but it has an odd, bumpy shape and looks kind of like a cartoon witch's nose. I don't really like being shot in profile too much, though I will submit to it sometimes. As soon as I reach a point in my life where I'm solidly financially stable, I'm probably getting a nose job. Jun 29 11 08:16 am Link I love my nose. Big is fabulous. Dicks, noses, boobs, butts. GIMME ALL OF IT Jun 29 11 08:20 am Link All I know is I dig big noses so this thread kicks ass Jun 29 11 08:22 am Link I wish my nose was bigger ...I feel like it's the worst part of my bone structure because it is rather petite! Jun 29 11 09:56 am Link im getting mine "fixed" a week from today. Jun 29 11 01:40 pm Link Rena wrote: If I had the income, I would already have had my nose made as tiny as fucking possible. Jun 29 11 01:58 pm Link SPRINGHEEL wrote: Feel free to come to Tejas and shoot mine Jun 29 11 02:47 pm Link I once had a girl tell me my nose was "huge" and my "pathetic attempt at modeling will never work out." Lol. I actually believed her for many years and developed an obsession about the size of my nose. Then I had photographers and make-up artists comment that my nose was the perfect shape and size. So I dunno. I don't think my nose is big, but its definitely not a button nose like Gemma Ward's. Maybe I have a medium nose? Lol. My half brother is half french/greek and his nose is phenominal!!! If he had a smaller one, he wouldn't be as beautiful as he is. Jun 29 11 03:42 pm Link Vindictive Images wrote: Jun 29 11 03:48 pm Link PhillipMatthews wrote: OOOOOH. Okay. Jun 29 11 03:48 pm Link What about big ears? I got those Jun 29 11 04:35 pm Link I'm glad noses never sway a person from modeling, I never miss a chance to shoot someone who know's just how to show off what they're given. Jun 29 11 09:58 pm Link Thomas Eric wrote: Thank you Thomas! Jun 29 11 09:59 pm Link I have my dad's beak, not exactly feminine, but I like it alright. I don't really think about it much I guess. Jun 30 11 01:34 am Link Mine is bent in the middle, has a bump half way down and has always seemed too long for my damned face.. Still, it balances out the chin I suppose Jun 30 11 01:45 am Link I would like to see more models post please Jun 30 11 11:09 am Link Jun 30 11 11:17 am Link I think its a matter of taste. A prominent nose can be considered a sign of character, nobility even. I probably don't get some work because of my nose but I don't want the kind of work where such things matter anyway. Jun 30 11 11:23 am Link I dunno mine's pretty big, and pointy. Saving up to get that fixed haha Jun 30 11 11:25 am Link Tyler Brad wrote: I am not keen on men with small snub noses generally. So maybe that's how the genes continue! Jun 30 11 11:30 am Link Eliza C wrote: Not smaller per se, just fixed. I want it less out and flatter Jun 30 11 11:30 am Link My nose was broken as a child and because of this it's larger than it should at the bridge (correct me if that's the wrong term). It's all about contouring. I shade it even when I'm just going out for dinner. Until I can afford rhinoplasty to correct it my best friend is a slightly darker foundation on the sides of my nose. ~Mercy Jun 30 11 11:37 am Link Pointing nose directly at the camera lens = good. Profile shots = bad. Even lighting = good. Shadowy lighting (nose casting a shadow) = bad. But above all else, "sexy" is all about attitude, and "attitude" has nearly nothing to do with the size of the nose. Jun 30 11 11:42 am Link People tend to have really strong opinions of my nose- they love it or hate it. It seems to be one of the Italian features I got in the genetic lottery. Until the first time I heard someone express such a strong opinion of my nose, I had never even given it a second thought. To me a nose is something I only notice if its particularly big/strange/etc, and I never felt that mine was. It's definitely not a tiny button nose, but I don't mind it But you can judge for yourself: Jun 30 11 12:43 pm Link I love all of your noses... This is a wonderful thread Jun 30 11 02:02 pm Link Agreed, Springheel! Nothing finer on a woman's face than a beautiful nose! Jun 30 11 02:05 pm Link VictoriaVertuga wrote: Bwahaha. We won the same genetic lottery. Your nose looks a lot like mine. I just have a bump from where I broke my nose. If I didn't have that bump, we would have the same nose Jun 30 11 02:08 pm Link VictoriaVertuga wrote: I love your nose! Jun 30 11 02:16 pm Link Sophia Be wrote: ditto Jun 30 11 02:29 pm Link |
