It really doesn't sound like it's worth the effort.  If we lived in a perfect world every shoot would yield dozens of great shots, but that just isn't the case.  Not every TF shoot will result in something you want to add to your portfolio.

If there are some really great poses and the image is in focus you could see if there is a retoucher who could correct the colour and exposure.  But really, you are better off putting your efforts into finding the next photographer to work with.

Not really.  If you think he can do better, try another photo shoot again with him.  Otherwise, move on.

+1, if it is worth your time yes try again with him , may have been a fluke (unlikely)

I told him about the images and he told me he don't see anything wrong with the images and told me he would make me a new cd...Well, the images are still really messed up just like the first...but NONE in eigher cd was photo shopped due to him not believing in editing nor photoshop.

You shot with someone whose work isn't any good 12 times??????????????????

By the way, with all the info you quoted from his profile, you've effectively outed him. It's easy to Google some of the key phrases from that info and go straight to his profile. I would suggest removing all those details.

I'm sorry to hear the photo shoot didn't yield the results you had hoped for. It sounds like he made a serious effort though. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees on a typical TF shoot. This happens with models also. Sometimes, they just don't deliver the level of results a photographer was expecting. Often, there's not a lot that can be done, except to try shooting with a different model next time.

I agree with what's already been said so far. If you think this was just an odd fluke for this photographer, you might want to give him another chance. Otherwise, just let it go and try to pick a better photographer next time.

Maybe his cd burner isn't compatible with yours? or the cd is scratched?
