This is the 7th year we've hosted over 3 dozen airshow and sportscar shoots at several SoCal air and carshow locations.  If you've never attended one of these shoots, it's outrageous funtimes that shouldn't be missed...   I'll be posting several shots from previous 'airshow and custom car shoots' here.

Airshow admission is $7, parking is free.  Photographers MUST bring at least 1 model, pay her way into the airshow and buy her a free dinner at the end of the airshow.  I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you pickup the model and bring her in your car, so she'll have a guarenteed ride with no transportation problems. 

EVENT SCHEDULE

Meeting time for both days (Jan 12 & 13) is 10am SHARP (do NOT be late) at Carls Jr restuarant, 1610 W. Foothill Blvd, Upland... on the corner of Foothill and Benson... 1 block from Cable Airshow location.

Arrive Carls Jr at 10am, discussion with everyone on shoot details, then depart CJ around 10:15.

First shooting spot inside the airshow will be the custom car and sportcars area from arrival time until 12:30pm.  Then we'll take a 1/2 hour break for restroom/drink/shoot planning.  Next stop will be the vintage aircraft area with remote control planes and military vehicles.  Shooting that location from 1 to 3:30pm.  Shoot is over at 4pm.  We will all be going back to the Carls Jr. (where we met at 10am)... with free dinner for all models attending and digital photo previews (on camera backs) of shots taken at the airshow.

If only I was closer... This looks like a lot of fun I'll keep my eyes open for a future one I can attend.
