Notice the baseball field, and the tree line. And the hardly existent band shell. Red marks the spot again. The flooding doesn't seem all that bad there, I realize, but look to the left hand corner of that photo. That's all completely under water. Casino is closed, traffic is blocked off everywhere, and it takes a whole lot of time and money to fix up downtown which is where most of the cities profit comes from.
