Simply being photographed, even nude, with persons of any age or gender is unlikely to be illegal in and of itself. However, as soon as there's something indecent (and of course that word is open to interpretation) going on, then if a minor is involved a law is most certainly being broken.

Context, content, mood, style and genre of the photos is all important.

And one should always bring into consideration the question of why not wait a few months and remove at least one potential problem.  In the U.S. particularly, it takes very little to create a public furor that could negatively impact the futures of the parents, the photographer and the other person in the photograph.

Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to avoid it altogether.

All IMHO as always, of course.

Wouldn't that depend if the shot was the two of you walking down the street or having sex?  So long as it is non-sexual and non-nude, there would never be an issue.  The more sexual it becomes, the more you have to look at what you are doing to determine the legality.  At some point, you will cross the line.

I sure hope not!  If it's illegal, I'm in big trouble because (as a beach portrait photographer) I take pictures of children with their dads and grandpas nearly every day!

Seriously though, it depends on what type of picture you're shooting.  A little bit of common sense will go a long way.  But when I see questions like this being asked, it makes me wonder if common sense even exists anymore!
