The complete series was 70% off.  I've watched more episodes today (3.2 so far) than I've seen in the rest of my entire life (2).

I freaking love Buffy. I'm doing a marathon with one of my best friends when I get back to Cali.

Did you know that one of the girls is on MM.....

Haha. Every time I'm in CA, it's too see my BFF, and there is ALWAYS a Buffy marathon involved. Her boyfriend was really unsettled when he came home to find the two of us 100% involved in "Once More With Feeling"
He didn't know either of us could sing.
Much less that we would do it along with a television show.

Someone once showed me three of his favorite episodes.  So I've seen some of this.

Overall, it's a cheesy Josh Whedon production, but I can live with that.

It was really more geared towards teenagers I am sure. At least that is my thinking.

It's Joss Whedon, not Josh.

The cheese in Buffy is what makes it great. It makes the dark and serious parts that much more amazing, providing the comic relief before and after the heavy episodes. Some of the most powerful moments in tv come from Buffy. If you look at episodes like "Passion, The Body, Hush, Seeing Red, OMWF" the show didn't just bend or break barriers, it smashed the hell out of them.

I was pretty sure "weedin" wasn't how his last name was spelled, but I never thought about his first name.

Also, I learned that this Whedon guy isn't the annoying kid on the Star Trek remake that everyone hated.  I've apparently been living in ignorance for a decade or more.

All these years and people have done nothing but lie to me about Buffy.

Buffy's hot.

Willow's hot.

Buffy's hot.

Willow's hot.

Druscilla's hot!

Buffy's hot.

Willow's hot.

And now that Buffy is long over, and long done, they still go on about it.

And yet, Anya's the hot one.  And she has the awesome personality.  And yet, I'd never even heard of her before this!

I haven't seen a musical episode that I remember.  I did just watch mounted armored knights assaulting a winnebago, though.
