Fake Agent / Rapist Dean Kelly goes to prison!!
PROBATION REVOKED! Sentenced to 10 years Hard Labor!!! http://www.opcso.org/dcktmstr/666666.php?&docase=508321 06/05/2014 BARNESDE Many people on MM may remember the scammer going by the name of Dashphoto. He pretended to be an agent from Miami in an effort to meet, date and allegedly rape women. Jun 13 14 04:42 pm Link Some people just don't learn their lesson. Jun 13 14 04:45 pm Link A-M-P wrote: He sure didn't! Jun 13 14 04:47 pm Link Yup, he's gone for the ten. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving, sick little prick. I'm a pretty forgiving person, but that get pretty well strained when it comes to people who prey on others and do very hurtful things to them. Jun 13 14 07:01 pm Link This news article sums it up nicely: http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/201 … kelly.html Prosecutor Jason Napoli told the judge that the District Attorney's office had given Kelly a "huge break" when they agreed to the terms of his sentence last year. I am willing to bet that once he gets out he will do it again and his silly mom will bail him out again. Till she stops being an enabler he will know someone has his back and will continue. Jun 14 14 02:32 am Link Here's a few highlights, mainly from his exploits on MM: September 2007 an MM model inquires about Dean Kelly aka Dashphoto. Many people chime in about his scams. Two of Deans alias's reply back (- Jenny Hanak - , JNYC) https://www.modelmayhem.com/po.php?thre … 662&page=1 SMU warning / articles about Dean Kelly http://www.smudailymustang.com/index.php?s=dean+kelly Jun 14 14 02:46 am Link Marin Photography NYC wrote: No doubt....this guy is a serial predator. Sickens me how many violent sex offenders there are walking around or being released..disgusting. Jun 14 14 08:46 am Link He'll do three and half years and be released. With no psychiatric therapy he'll be a repeat offender again. Jun 14 14 08:49 am Link Justice prevails!! They gave him waaaaaay too many breaks already. Jun 14 14 08:56 am Link A-M-P wrote: Most people don't learn their lesson unless actual punishment is dished out... Jun 14 14 11:38 am Link About time! Jun 14 14 11:59 am Link WTF he only initially got probation for two counts of forcible rape, felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, possession of child pornography and second-degree kidnapping...um Okay And 10 years is really not enough...he won't learn his lesson. sociopath. Jun 14 14 12:33 pm Link I'm envisioning alot of Karmic tossed salads. Jun 14 14 12:41 pm Link Mom was a baller 2.5 million sheesh , he could've just bought some girls lol Jun 14 14 12:45 pm Link Rape holds the same Biblical sentence as murder, death, "Stone them, and send them to me." and in the case of rape, the father of the victim should be allowed to throw the first stone. Jun 15 14 01:29 pm Link The parents are protesting Dean Kelly's incarceration outside the New Orleans courthouse. With all the money they have, it's not enough to buy them brains or common sense. http://www.theneworleansadvocate.com/ne … male-model Jun 25 14 01:03 am Link Photos by DeanR wrote: I'm surprised that anyone would see Rape as appropriate i any circumstances. Thank you. I hadn't thought to previously. Jun 25 14 01:40 pm Link Prob 5-6 years ago a fauxtographer hit the Baltimore area. Among other winning moves the guy organized a workshop in Laurel, MD for a pre-sale price of $75, which included a studio membership and like 10 free hours of shooting. Scores of people signed up (but not me) and when the date arrived the studio owner was understandably shocked. He had no affiliation with the organizer, he had never heard of the event, and it was not a rental studio. Wonder if it's the same guy? Jun 27 14 11:08 am Link I doubt it was Dean. That wasn't his motive opperandi. Dean didn't really care about photography or photographers, all he cared about was meeting and F#©(!^g attractive girls. His advertisements were typically for his fake talent agency, his (non) photography (claiming to shoot for GQ, Maxim, MTV type of things ) and things of that nature. They were always directed at female models, the newer and more naive, the better. I don't remember seeing any of his ads that were directed at photographers. Aug 02 14 07:02 am Link Just a quick update. Dean tried to get his case heard in the court of appeals and was denied. Then he attempted to have it heard in the Louisiana Supreme Court and it was denied as well. It may have taken a looong time, even too long but it seems that justice has finally prevailed. Dec 21 14 09:15 am Link Only 10 years? what about the safety of the public after 10 years? Dec 21 14 11:10 pm Link SayCheeZ! wrote: No, we''re merely babysitting him on our dime. Justice would be to pull his nuts off. Call it NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) or psychopathy; this guy just isn''t right at a very basic level. Dec 22 14 08:27 pm Link Efin good show! Although, I''m sure there will be plenty of people in there wanting to "date" him left right and centre Dec 22 14 08:46 pm Link |
