Hahaha! So today's interview was just a verbal version of their online test (bleh). If I make it to the next level, it will be an interview in DC. I'll know early next week, I think, one way or another. Now to gear up for Monday's Skype interview...

I thought Norfolk was coastal Virginia. I'll be like eight hours west of the ocean. I think 5 hrs from Richmond VA.

( Thank you, Trainer Wagner of the Cimmaron Wellness institute! (my boy is a triathlete and makes me killer workout programs) ) Pain and money. Lots of both. But luckily, also knack for posing.

So I didn't get the DC job. That "interview" (what THEY called an in depth interview...) sucked, so this is no surprise. Skype interview, today, at 1pm central. I'm a little stressed because not only did I start my period, making me feel uncomfortable, but my receptionist is out. On a Monday. Again. Every god damned Monday.

Thanks, everyone, for your wishes of luck! As it happens...(is my life EVER lacking in drama? No?)...my interview for today has been rescheduled for tomorrow. It actually works out better for me, since I have no receptionist, today. Dude is super nice, by the by.

The nature of my current skills will only benefit from the continuous learning your firm, and this position, can offer me over the coming years. In turn, I will give those skills back twofold by mentoring and sharing all I have learned with whomever comes behind me."
