I donno if it's just cause I'm broke but my Nikon D90 and the 85mm lens I have is probably worth more than my POS car :p

Ditto.  My lens is worth more than my car.  Do I care? Nope.

My family asks me NOT to bring my cameras because I turn a simple picture into a production. Bwahaha.

That's OK, I saw your work. You will have a better car and your equipment will still be worth more because of all the future business, and gear upgrades.

PS.... hang on to your Nikon D90 when you upgrade. It's classic tech that yields beautiful results.
