Swimsuit Posing
Hey MMers, I'm a newbie because I am still a full-time college student in the Midwest but thought I would try modeling this summer. I spend a lot of my time in and underwater so I thought even though I want to get into fashion, I would try swimsuit modeling. I have a photoshoot coming up and I'm looking for tips or posing examples for bikini shoots. I know to put weight on the leg away from the camera and to angle my body to create an "S" shape figure, but other than that, pretty much a beginner. Any input would be great, thanks! I will say though, that you have a truly fabulous look for swimsuit modeling. He might want: ~ obviously posed ~ posed but doesn't look like it's posed ~ natural relaxation ~ spontaneity ~ movement In any case, knowing your angles will work to your advantage. During the shoot, ask if he's shooting full body, 3/4 etc and adjust accordingly. Have a great time!
